MARCON offers fabrication services of Spools and Jacketed Piping for Sulphur Recovery Units, Steam Lines, Recovery Units, Steam Headers, Chilled Water System Headers, and Oil & Gas Processing Units.
We handle all types of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel, as per the application requirements.
Piping and Associated Fittings
MARCON provides Installation, commissioning, and hydrostatic pressure testing of a wide range of applications, including chilled water, condensate water, hot water, steam, sewage water, fire water, compressed air networks, and other gases. All types of fittings, valves, and instruments are installed, as well as hydrostatic testing, bypass of essential valves and instrumentation during chemical cleaning, flushing, passivation, and painting according to the design and project specifications.
Skid Fabrications
We fabricate Skids for Process Equipment, Instrumentation, Fire Fighting, Metering Skids, Water Treatment Plants, and other items totally according to the design.
We carry out Procurement, Fabrication, Assembly of Components, Blasting, and Coating required as per the Project requirements based on the design and approvals.
